I tried everything, searched everywhere but nothing worked. In fact, it got worse—until, I found true healing through someone finding me... and that someone was Jesus.

Catholic Narcissist Recovery was born from my own journey of heartbreak, confusion, and, ultimately, redemption. This is a space for those who have suffered from toxic relationships and narcissistic abuse and are searching for real healing—not just surface-level advice, but a path rooted in faith, truth, and God’s love.
