About Us

Catholic Narcissist Recovery is an online faith-based support group for Catholics healing from narcissistic abuse. When you sign up, you’ll receive access to a private portal with resources, weekly Lectio Divina gatherings, community support, and guided teachings to help you grow in faith and healing. Through scripture, prayer, and a supportive community, we seek to restore peace, clarity, and wholeness in Christ. While rooted in Catholic teachings, all are welcome at all stages of their faith journey. You are not alone—God’s love is with you every step of the way.

What should I expect from this community?

Our community is a safe, supportive space for Catholics who are healing from the wounds of narcissistic abuse. When you sign up for free, you’ll gain access to a variety of healing resources within our exclusive portal, such as:
Weekly Lectio Divina Gatherings: Reflect and pray with us as we dive into Scripture together, helping you heal and grow spiritually.
Courses & Resources: Access helpful courses and resources designed to guide you on your journey of emotional and spiritual recovery.

Supportive Community: Connect with fellow Catholics who understand your struggles, offering encouragement and a sense of belonging.

Do I have to be Catholic?

Nope! We have a faith-focused approach but you do not need to be Catholic or Christian to join us. All are welcome.

Do I need to commit to a certain time frame or level of involvement?

You can engage as much or as little as you feel comfortable. The resources and meetings are available to support you at your own pace.

How does this group incorporate faith in the healing process?

We integrate prayer, Lectio Divina, and Catholic principles of healing into our discussions and resources. Jesus Christ is at the center of our recovery journey, and we rely on His grace to restore us.

What if I’m new to recovery or faith?

Whether you’re new to the healing process or just beginning your faith journey, this group is here to support you. We will guide you step by step, and you are welcome at any stage of your journey.

What kind of results can I expect?

Healing is a personal journey with Jesus. Our goal is to help you reconnect with God through faith, the sacraments, resources, community, and guiding you toward emotional and spiritual restoration. Jesus is the ultimate Healer, and with Him, transformation is possible.

Is the group confidential?

Yes, confidentiality is crucial for creating a safe and supportive environment. What is shared within the group stays within the group.

What can I expect in the weekly meetings?

Our weekly meetings include guided prayer, group discussions, and teachings that focus on healing from narcissistic abuse using Catholic perspectives. We also offer practical tools and emotional support. There is no pressure to join if you’re unable to attend. If the timing doesn’t work for you, the weekly Lectio Divina scripture passage and reflection will be available in your portal.

Can I chat with others for support outside of meetings?

Yes! We offer a space for members to connect with each other, share their experiences, and provide support via chat within the portal.

Is there a cost?

Nope, Jesus is free! We may incorporate paid resources in the future. That being said, if you would like to donate to support our work we would receive that in gratitude :) You can do so here: DONATE
